Brian Churchill

Chief Executive Officer

Brian began his career in law enforcement in 2002 and is currently a lieutenant in his agency's Professional Standards Bureau. His prior assignment was an officer-in-charge at Media Relations Division where he produced Critical Incident videos. While assigned to the Leadership Unit, he created the nation's first Online University, an award-winning video education platform to comply with state-mandated trainings. He continues his service as a lieutenant commander in the Coast Guard Reserve. His law enforcement experience includes patrol, Gang Enforcement, Archangel, and watch commander. Brian is a White House fellow and a graduate of Boston University.
